AI2Rap Content License

Effective Date: September 13, 2026

This AI2Rap Content License ("License") defines the contractual rights attached to music, recordings, lyrics, and other artifacts generated through AI2Rap. It supplements the Terms of Service. If this License and the Terms conflict, the Terms control.

Rights are determined when an artifact is generated. Using a cover, extension, separation, or conversion tool later does not upgrade the rights attached to its source.

1. The creation-time record

AI2Rap records the plan tier and billing cadence active when eligible content is created. That record controls the grant for the artifact:

• Free: personal, non-commercial use under a limited license;
• monthly Starter, Plus, or Pro: personal, non-commercial use under a limited license; or
• annual Starter, Plus, or Pro: the ownership and commercial grant in Section 4 for eligible content.

Changing plans later applies only to later generations. It does not convert an earlier Free or monthly artifact into an annual-plan artifact.

2. Rights you bring to AI2Rap

You keep the rights you already hold in a prompt, lyric draft, recording, or other source you provide. You grant AI2Rap the limited permission needed to receive, copy, process, store, and deliver that material while operating the Service.

You represent that you own the submitted material or have authorization to use and transform it. Neither this License nor an AI2Rap output grants rights in a third party's music, lyrics, recording, voice, name, likeness, trademark, or other property.

3. Free and monthly artifacts

3.1 Free plan

AI2Rap retains its interest in content generated under the Free plan. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content personally and non-commercially, subject to these Terms.

You may not sell, license, monetize, commercially distribute, place in a stock marketplace, or claim ownership or copyright in a Free artifact. When sharing it, include reasonable attribution such as “Created with AI2Rap (ai2rap.com).” Free songs may be public and may be removed under the retention period displayed in the Service.

3.2 Monthly paid plans

Content generated under a monthly Starter, Plus, or Pro subscription is also licensed for personal, non-commercial use. A monthly plan may provide private generation, downloads, extra models, storage, or editing tools, but those features do not transfer ownership or permit commercial exploitation.

Reasonable AI2Rap attribution is required when monthly-plan content is shared. It may not be monetized, sold, sublicensed, or used in a commercial client or promotional project.

4. Eligible annual-plan artifacts

The rights in this section apply only when all of the following are true:

1. the artifact is eligible generated content;
2. it was created while an annual Starter, Plus, or Pro subscription was active; and
3. the applicable annual subscription charge was fully paid.

Subject to those conditions, AI2Rap transfers to you whatever rights AI2Rap holds in the eligible artifact, including available rights in its generated musical composition, sound recording, vocals or instrumental recording, and generated lyrics. The transfer is perpetual and is not revoked merely because the annual plan later expires or is canceled.

4.1 Uses included in the annual grant

To the extent recognized by applicable law, you may:

• reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or broadcast the artifact;
• edit, remix, adapt, synchronize, combine, or create derivative works;
• release it through streaming, video, social, broadcast, game, application, or physical-media channels;
• use it in advertising, branding, client work, products, and live or recorded performances;
• monetize or license it for another lawful commercial purpose; and
• seek registration in your name where the artifact and jurisdiction qualify.

AI2Rap charges no additional royalty or commercial-use fee for an eligible annual artifact, and AI2Rap attribution is not required.

5. What the annual grant cannot promise

The annual grant transfers only rights AI2Rap has and only to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Copyright treatment of AI-generated material differs by jurisdiction and may depend on human authorship. AI2Rap does not promise that an artifact is copyrightable, registrable, exclusive, unique, or free of resemblance to other material.

The grant does not clear a third-party source, sample, lyric, voice, name, likeness, or trademark. You remain responsible for review, clearance, labeling, distribution rules, and the legality of the intended use.

6. Commercial License Certificates

AI2Rap may issue a Commercial License Certificate for a qualifying song created during an active annual Starter, Plus, or Pro term. Eligibility is based on the creation-time record, not the plan active when a certificate is requested.

A certificate documents that AI2Rap recorded the song as commercially eligible under this License. It does not create new rights, repair missing source permissions, guarantee non-infringement, establish copyright registration, or prove that the output is unique.

7. Modified and downstream artifacts

You may modify an eligible annual artifact within the rights granted above. If a later operation uses third-party material or an artifact with narrower rights, the resulting work remains subject to every applicable source restriction. A technical transformation does not erase those restrictions.

8. AI2Rap platform rights

This License concerns generated artifacts, not the AI2Rap platform. AI2Rap and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, models, interfaces, graphics, documentation, logos, and trademarks. You may not imply endorsement or use AI2Rap branding except for required attribution or other nominative use permitted by law.

9. Suspension, warranty, and liability

AI2Rap may suspend or terminate Service access as described in the Terms. Suspension does not by itself revoke a grant that validly attached to an artifact at creation.

The Service and generated artifacts are supplied “as is” and “as available.” Warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms apply to this License.
