AI2Rap Privacy Notice
What AI2Rap collects, why it is used, where it is shared, and the choices available to you
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
This notice describes how AI2Rap handles personal information when you visit ai2rap.com, create an account, purchase a plan, or use an AI2Rap music tool (together, the "Service"). In this notice, "AI2Rap," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.
The Terms of Service govern use of the Service. The AI2Rap Content License explains the rights attached to generated material.
1. Information covered by this notice
This notice applies to information connected with visitors, Free users, subscribers, and people who contact support. It does not govern a third-party website or service merely because AI2Rap links to it.
2. Information we receive
Account and support records
When you register or contact us, we may receive your email address, display name, account identifier, authentication records, support message, and the information you choose to include in that message.
Subscription and transaction records
Stripe processes subscription payments. We receive transaction details such as plan, subscription status, invoice or receipt identifier, billing status, and limited payment metadata. AI2Rap does not store full payment-card numbers or sensitive card-authentication data.
Creative inputs and output artifacts
To perform a requested task, we may process:
- prompts, lyric drafts, titles, style instructions, and generation settings;
- audio files or public audio URLs you submit;
- generated songs, lyrics, covers, extensions, stems, MIDI files, and vocal or instrumental outputs; and
- artifact metadata, including the selected model or tool, timestamps, visibility, file type, and the entitlement recorded at creation.
Device and service activity
We may collect IP address, browser and device data, referring page, viewed routes, feature interactions, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events. Cookies and similar storage may keep you signed in, remember preferences, and help us understand whether the Service is working correctly.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- authenticate accounts and deliver the requested music or audio operation;
- maintain generation history, downloads, plan entitlements, and eligible license certificates;
- administer credits, subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, and payment support;
- answer support requests and send service-related communications;
- diagnose reliability problems and improve product performance;
- detect fraud, abuse, account compromise, and attempts to evade product limits; and
- meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or act on consent. When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.
4. Public and private material
Free-plan songs may be published through the Service and are not private submissions. A paid plan may make eligible generations private as described on the Pricing page. The visibility, retention, download, and commercial-status rules saved when an artifact is created continue to govern that artifact.
Do not put confidential information, sensitive personal information, or material you lack permission to use into a prompt, upload, title, or public generation.
5. When information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only the information reasonably needed to:
- hosting, storage, analytics, security, communication, and infrastructure providers that support the Service;
- AI or audio-processing providers that perform the task you request;
- Stripe and related payment providers for billing, fraud review, and transaction support;
- advisers, courts, regulators, or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is legally required or needed to protect rights and safety; and
- a successor or transaction participant evaluating or completing a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service.
Information you intentionally publish through a public feature can be viewed by other people and may be copied outside AI2Rap.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose described above, including account administration, service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. The retention period for an uploaded source or generated artifact also depends on its content type and the plan state recorded when processing began.
Free songs ordinarily follow the limited retention shown in the product. Eligible subscribed creations may receive permanent product storage, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or indefinite availability. Download and independently back up material you need to keep.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.
7. Security
AI2Rap uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect personal information. Internet transmission and electronic storage always carry risk, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the reason we process information, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may also be entitled to withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority.
Send a request to support@ai2rap.com. We may ask for information needed to verify identity, locate the relevant records, and protect another person's rights. Some information may be retained or a request may be limited where law permits or requires it.
You can control cookies through browser settings, although blocking required storage may prevent authentication or other features from working.
9. International processing
AI2Rap and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection rules from your home jurisdiction. Where required, cross-border processing will rely on an applicable legal mechanism.
10. Updates to this notice
We may revise this notice when the Service, our providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the version currently in effect. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice where required.
