AI2Rap Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and AI2Rap governing ai2rap.com, its accounts, and its music and audio tools (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you act for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organization. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.

1. The AI2Rap service

AI2Rap provides tools that may generate rap songs, instrumentals, lyrics, covers, or extensions and may analyze or transform audio into stems, vocal and instrumental tracks, tempo and key estimates, or MIDI artifacts. Available controls, models, file types, and outputs vary by tool and plan.

AI output is probabilistic. A prompt is a production instruction, not a guarantee that a candidate will satisfy a creative, technical, legal, or commercial objective. We may add, revise, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

2. Accounts and account security

Some tools require an account. Information supplied for an account must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You may not share access without authorization, register misleading account details, enter another person's account, or create multiple accounts to bypass a quota, payment requirement, or enforcement action. Notify support@ai2rap.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Plans, credits, and artifact status

Current plan terms are displayed on the Pricing page. Plan benefits may include generation credits, additional models, private processing, downloads, permanent storage, audio tools, or commercial eligibility.

Credits and Free allowances are units of Service use, not money or stored value. Unless a product rule expressly says otherwise, unused credits expire at the end of their grant window. A confirmed failed job may restore the credits reserved for that job.

An artifact records the relevant plan and billing cadence when it is created. A later upgrade does not retroactively change its visibility, retention, ownership, or commercial-use status.

4. Free, monthly, and annual rights

Free access

Free generations are limited to personal, non-commercial use. They may be public, may expire under the displayed retention period, and require attribution when shared. Free access does not include ownership transfer or commercial rights.

Monthly paid access

Monthly Starter, Plus, and Pro plans provide the features listed for the selected tier. Material generated under monthly billing remains limited to personal, non-commercial use and requires reasonable attribution when shared. Private generation or download access does not itself create commercial rights.

Annual paid access

Eligible material generated while an annual Starter, Plus, or Pro subscription is active receives the ownership and commercial-use grant described in the AI2Rap Content License. The grant applies to qualifying artifacts created during that annual term and continues after cancellation or expiration.

5. Subscription billing and renewal

Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Charges are collected in advance at the monthly or annual price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing cadence until cancellation.

Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal in account settings. Cancellation ordinarily ends renewal and takes effect after the current paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. The Refund Policy explains the separate refund-review rules.

AI2Rap does not store full payment-card details. Annual billing charges the displayed annual amount, while product credits may still be issued in monthly grant windows as stated on the Pricing page.

6. Material submitted by you

You retain any rights you already have in prompts, lyrics, audio, names, and other material you provide ("User Material"). You grant AI2Rap a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, process, adapt as technically required, and store User Material for operating, securing, and supporting the Service.

You must have all permissions necessary to submit and process User Material. Uploading a source does not transfer a third party's copyright, publicity right, trademark, voice right, or other interest to you.

7. Generated material

The plan and billing status recorded at generation determines the contractual license AI2Rap grants for an output. The complete rules for Free, monthly, and annual artifacts appear in the AI2Rap Content License.

Generated material can resemble existing expression or contain errors. AI2Rap does not promise uniqueness, originality, copyright eligibility, non-infringement, accurate transcription, clean separation, or suitability for release. You must review an output and obtain any third-party permissions required for your intended use.

A Free generation may appear in a public discovery surface. Do not submit private or sensitive information to a public workflow. If you intentionally publish material, other people may access, copy, or share it outside the Service.

Attribution and non-commercial limits continue to apply to Free and monthly artifacts even when a platform technically permits an upload.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

break a law or facilitate fraud or other criminal conduct;
infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, or other third-party rights;
create unlawful threats, harassment, impersonation, defamation, or harmful material;
submit a source you are not authorized to transform;
probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
evade account, safety, credit, subscription, rate, or technical controls;
resell Service access or misrepresent an AI2Rap artifact's source or entitlement;
commercially exploit material whose recorded plan allows only non-commercial use; or
use the Service or its outputs to train or build a competing AI service.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers for payment, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and AI or audio processing. A third-party product or link may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. AI2Rap is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control.

11. Storage and availability

Retention depends on the tool, artifact, and plan state shown when processing begins. A source file or Free artifact may be removed after a limited period. Even where the product marks storage as permanent, you remain responsible for downloading and backing up important work.

Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt the Service. We do not guarantee continuous access or recovery of every stored file.

12. AI2Rap property

AI2Rap and its licensors retain rights in the Service itself, including software, interfaces, page design, graphics, documentation, logos, trademarks, and branding. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no right in the platform is transferred to you.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access where an account violates these Terms, threatens users or systems, infringes third-party rights, engages in fraud, or creates material legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and cancel an active subscription at any time.

Ending access does not rewrite the plan status that was valid when an artifact was created. Provisions concerning rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AI2RAP DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PROJECT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI2RAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE LOSS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR AN OUTPUT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI2RAP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO AI2RAP DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. If applicable law prevents a stated exclusion or cap, that exclusion or cap applies only to the greatest extent the law permits.

16. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AI2Rap harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Material, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or commercial use of an artifact without the required entitlement.

17. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. For a material change, we may provide additional email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, and AI2Rap Content License form the agreement for the Service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; AI2Rap may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service.
